My dad's entire family came to Dallas to visit me. And all during one of the city's most insanely hot summers. 40+ days of 100+ temps. This last week we had temps as high as 109. My mom is so glad we are indoors, lately. Phew - she gets nauseas when she gets overheated. ;P
Anyhow, don't let me get side-tracked...I was just about to tell you that my grandparents and uncles, on the Hall side, are visiting big ol' Texas. We're having a lot of fun. Everyone is laughing their little butt's off, and all of my uncles are total jokers. I'm so grateful they were able to make the huge trip from Salt Lake City, Utah, in order to see me at this young age. It means a lot to my dad, too, and that is what makes me the most happy. After all, it's all about family, right?
