Hey guys!
I thought I would enter in a few more milestones. I seem to be coming up with a new one almost every day. My mom freaks OUT when I do something. It's hilarious.
Anyhow, my parents had started waving at me one day, in the mirror. I thought that was what you do...just wave in the mirror, so that's the ONLY time I will do it. In the mirror. LOL. I'm so weird. Anyhow, I've been doing that for a week now, and suddenly, as daddy was backing out of the garage, I just waved at him out of nowhere. I'm kinda cool like that. ;)
Love you! See you soon!
We're packing for our move to San Antonio, so this is CRAZY! Just pray for us, so my mom and dad don't lose it. LOL

I'm pointing & nodding my head!
Wow, my parents are freaking OUT. They can't believe how fast I'm learning things, lately. I'm kinda like that...lightning fast. Once I 'get it,' then I'm off to the races. Slow me down, mom. ;) So, all that crazy hype just to say that today my dad made this totally sarcastic comment to me about me being so bossy (wink), and I started laughing at nodding my head, as if to say yes SIR! OF course my mom gasped, as only she can do w/ her dramatic acting, and my dad says to me, "Did you understand what I just said to you?" And I nodded again. Like I said...lightning fast.
Ok, so that was the first move of the day, not to be outdone by my 'pointing' follow-up. I wanted my bottle, and both my parents don't understand what I'm saying when I'm saying, "MeMeMeMeMeMe." {My dad finally figured it out, and they think that it's all I can think about, Me. ;) So true, but I won't admit this to them, yet. I will just try to keep on playing these fools, like I always do. Flash a little wink, and a smile, at my mom and she's puddy in your hands. Seen my dad do it a billion times.}
Back to the pointing...I wanted to bottle, they weren't getting it, and I finally pointed to it, directly. I did this over and over and over until they finally figured it out. OHHHHH.....geez, you'd think w/ all the education between these 2, someone would get it sooner. This is painful.
Just an update on another milestone. Stay cool....fall is upon us and my mom is in the BEST mood when she's not hot. So am I.
Love you guys!

Scaled the bed, to the floor-by myself
Well, I'm sure it's no secret, to anyone, that I'm completely a control freak. Yes, at the tender age of 13 months I am expressing myself very well, and am quite demanding. Sometimes I will make a caveman like sound, and stomp my foot, to make sure my parents know I mean business. I don't think they find my behavior that funny, but since I am still learning, I have to test my limits.
OK, all that said, I went off the edge of the tallest bed in our house, with NO help. My mom was nervous, of course, and my dad was probably MORE nervous, but they let me spread my wings and I went tumbling to the floor. No visible scars....not even a wimper, cuz now I was on the floor and ready to rock n roll!
Love you guys!

Waving HELLO!!!
Today, my mom was holding me in her bedroom. We were in front of their huge mirror, and out of nowhere I started waving at myself. Once my mom figured out what I was doing, she went nuts and started waving at anything she could find. Including daddy. I didn't wave back, however once they put me back in front of the mirror, I got after it all over again. I'm learning to do so many things so fast now. Yea, I'm cool like that. :)
Love you!

Frances Miller Robken
Well today we drove down to Waco to see one of my mommy's best friends, Julie Kopp. It's so nice that we live down here, so we can still see our Denver friends all the time. Anyhow, I got to meet Julie's entire family, including one little 2 year old blonde, Cat, who I would NOT leave alone. My mom kept saying I was "hot for teacher," but I have no idea what that means.
Anyhow, among the entire family, I finally got to meet Miss Frannie! That's mom's code word for "Julie's Mom." She is the prettiest, sweetest and strongest lady in the world. My mom told me that right before I met her, and she was right. Momma Fran is a sharp one, and you can't get much passed that one. She was sizing me up, looking at me closely, figuring out which of my assets were from my mom and which were from my dad. She loves doing that when she see's the babies, and she LOOOOVES her some babies, so I had so much fun meeting her and all her crazy family members.
The Robkens, Millers, Kopps & Martin's are such an amazing family. And they love being with their momma more than anything. It was such a neat time for us to be able to share with them. My mom felt lucky that we got to go see everyone!! She loves her bestie, and misses her very much. Basically we love them like we love our own family, so it was a really fun afternoon. Especially the part where I got to chase around Cat. ;)
