My awesome room and clothes!!

32 Weeks!

This is an outfit that my Aunt Kristen & Uncle Bryan sent me.
My mom told me it's the tiniest & cutest thing she's ever seen.

See, here's Elmo!  I hear he's the bomb!
Aunt Kristen & Uncle Bryan sent me him, too!
Doesn't he look like he's so much fun?
Thank you Aunt K and Uncle B for all my cuddlin' cute outfits and my favorite toy ever, Elmo!

My bed w/ more toys in it.  I can't sleep w/ any of this, mommy knows that, but she likes seeing everything in the bed, at the same time, until I get there.  Then it's back to bare bones.  BOOORING!

I might be getting ahead of myself, here, but I got a LOT of diapers, blankets, socks, bibs and clothes.  My mom said it took her forever to put everything away, but she had a lot of fun giggling while she looked at everything all over again.  It was like having a shower all over again!

Drawer #1:  Blankets, socks, bibs, burp clothes, hats & NB diapers
Drawer #2:  New Born Clothes
Drawer #3:  0-3 Month Clothes

My mom & dad are OCD right now.  I don't know what that means, yet, but I have a feeling that everything is really organized in my closet, just like my drawers.  They are crazy sometimes!  My dad is the one that keeps me and Mommy up laughing, because he keeps reading all the labels, manuals and instructions for all my cool stuff to make sure they are age appropriate.
He's already so worried about me that it's cracking me up!
He's SO GREAT!

Who needs shoes when you've got the Big Guy & the Waddling Milk Factory to carry me everywhere?  LOL...I hope I don't get in trouble for saying that.

Yeeee Hawww!

31 weeks/days 3 and 4

Well hi everyone!  It's me checking in again, for some more fun pictures of my family.  My dad's mom, Grandma Ann, made a special trip to Dallas to see my dad and mom.  They visited some great sites around Dallas, but it really was hot.  My mom doesn't know how she's gonna pull off the next month +, but she's hanging in there...urr...rather, sweating through it.  Let's face facts, my dad doesn't like it either, so they are both on the fence about this Texas situation right now.  No offense to anyone, because they are elated to be near family, but the heat.....es no bueno!

Baby Showers for Me!!

31 Weeks

Hi Everybody!

Well, my mom says we are in the home stretch now.  I'm really pumped to get out of here soon, cuz I'm starting to feel a tad cagey.  My cool grandparents threw me baby showers this last weekend in San Antonio, TX, and, from what I hear, I got lots of neat stuff.  I can't see any of it yet, but my mom told me that it will all come in handy for when I make my big appearance.

Thank you so, so much to all of my mom, dad and grandparent's friends for the clothes, toys, books, blankets, diapers, feeding supplies, bedding, etc...  Daddy said the silly Pack-N-Play gave him a run for his money, because it took him longer than he thought to take it down, but I think he'll get used to it over time.

I am getting really excited about coming into this huge new world, so get ready folks.  Time is going to fly between now and the end of July, or at least that's what my mom keeps hoping.  ;P

On the right is my MiMi.  She threw one fantastic shower, and all of her wonderful friends were right there to take care of my mom.  She told me she felt very cared for by everyone, and how nice Roxane, Susan and Lerleen were to help out so much!
We can't thank you enough.  I am one lucky kid, that is for sure!

This is my great grandmother, in the middle, and my 2 grandmothers around her.

This is MiMi and all her friends at the fun shower!

Can you believe MiMi made this wreath?
My mom loves it so much, it's hanging in my nursery, right now!

These pretty ladies all work for my Papa (Paw-Paw), Michael Stephens.  They are so nice, and really funny.  They play tricks on my PaPa all the time.  Hee hee.

This is another MiMi creation, full of NB diapers, super soft clothes, and monkey teether.
She's so creative, isn't she?

"Baby Hall" cookies were made in my honor.  How cool is that?

This is my mommy and her mommy.

This is the aforementioned Pack N Play...

I can't believe that all of this is for little ol' me!

She made me the quilt w/ all the letters on it.

My mom went to college with the man in this picture.
He & and his pretty girlfriend came to my shower.
It made my mom very excited to see an old, good friend after so long.

This is my mom's side of the family, including her mom (my Big P)
my Great-Aunt Bekah, mom's cousin Charity and her daughter, Ari.

My dad is a huge goof-ball, isn't he?

See what I mean...

My mom always seems to have so much fun when she's with her Aunt Bekah.
I can hear them laughing all day long, so I can't wait to meet her!

This is my mom and PaPa K.
They wanted to compare belly's.
That was so funny to me.
Papa K is still winning, so far.
Come on Mom, you can do it - kick his ass!  ;P
(Just kidding, not really.)

Kickn' It!

Last night while mommy was sleeping my dad put his arm around her tummy. He knows I get rowdy in here when she is resting. He could feel me rockin & rollin and movin & groovin. I could hear him laughing out there every time he felt me moving. He can't wait to meet me and I can't wait to meet him also!

Trip to Gruene, Texas: May 13, 2011-May 14, 2011

30 weeks!

Well, my mom and dad had a much needed mini-vacation in Gruene, Texas this last weekend.  I think they call it a Babymoon.  Cute, huh?  They had a lot of fun, as you can see by the photos.  Mommy is getting bigger and bigger, and she's got a case of late-pregnancy carpel tunnel, so I know she's trying to be as strong as possible for me now while I suck the life outta her.  2 more months!  Come on, mom...you can do it!!

This is my mom and dad on their romantic "date night" at
The Gristmill, in Gruene, Texas!

This is my mom watching her belly bounce around while I played my imaginary drum set for her!

Look, it says Hall on the Gruene Hall Building...
My last name is in lights already!!

This is the little cottage my mom and dad stayed in,
at the Gruene Mansion Inn Cottages.
They stayed in the Fachwerk House,
which was so relaxing for both of them.
They loved how quiet it was,
and I think they were acting all romantic and gross, too!
Glad I missed that part.  Eyew.  Hee hee.

Well, Mimi and Papa sent my parents some yummy cupcakes
from the Gruene Flour Cupcakery.
My dad's favorite thing in the world is lemon anything,
so you can see he can't contain himself when he ate them.
He's silly (and messy!)!

And this is my dad messing around at Cotton Eyed Joe's T-Shirt Shop in a cowboy hat.  My grandma Ann has a picture of my dad when he was 3 or 4 in a cowboy hat, and my mom loves the photo, so she wanted to see him take one 40 years later, and he did.  I think my mom thinks he looks really cute in it, too.  She thinks he's handsome in just about anything, though.  ;)

Mommy's Belly Shots - Monday, May 2nd, 2011

28 Weeks
This is my mom in my new room.  She's starting to get a little uncomfortable, but says she's still feeling pretty darn good.  She's really tired now, in her 3rd trimester, but she says that her 3 hour naps on Saturday and Sunday seem to do the job.  She's says that she knows I'm worth all of it!

My room gets started!

Well, here's the latest on what's going on in Dallas, TX.  MiMi (Mee-Mee) and PaPa (Paw-Paw) came to Dallas this weekend with my crib and change table.  Gosh, I overheard my mom and dad saying it's nicer than their own furniture.  Ahaha...I love it.  I feel sooo grateful and loved already, and I'm not even there yet!

My mom didn't really want to go with a strict theme for my room, but since my dad's favorite thing in the world is race cars, it kinda took on a life of it's own.  I think it's really cool, especially since they are putting up pictures that my dad drew all by himself, free-hand. I hope he feels as special as I already think he is, because his true talent is decorating my walls, now!

Here are the pictures, so you can take a look at my new room.  It's not finished, of course, but we have a good part of it started.

Talk to everyone soon!
